» » What Is The Minimum Payout?

Upgraded members is $2.00 and Free members is $4.00. You can withdraw your funds after you have reached the minimum. There is a 3 day waiting period between payments for upgraded members and 7 days for free members.

» » What is a referral?

Referrals are users like you who have registered in Legacyclix.

    There are two types of referrals:
    Direct Referrals: These users registered using your username as their referrer.
    Rented Referrals: These are members that come from our membership base.

Rented Referrals:

You can rent referrals monthly (30 calendar days) to work for you.
The quantity of referrals available will vary depending on demand.
The rental price for each referral per month is:

Recycle your referrals: You can recycle each referral any time you want to.
Is your referral inactive or just clicks a few advertisements per day?
No problem. $0.05 for upgraded members and $0.10 for free  you can
replace him/her with a new active referral.

Note: Recycling rented referral does not renew the rental period,
         the new referral maintains the original rental period.

» » How can I cash out the money?

In your Legacyclix account you can click the big green button on the right hand side that says  "Cash Out" and withdraw the money you have earned. You can choose to receive payment via Paypal. Payments are approved first so you should receive your money within one hour.  If for any reason you do not receive payment after 24 hours please send us a support ticket.

» » Can other people in my household join?

No, only one user is allowed per household. Don't login at school, work or by using some kind of Proxy or VPN because usually the IP is the same for every Internet user and the computers may be accessed by other accounts.  One ip address is used for one account.

» » What method of payments do you accept for upgrades and ad purchases?

At this time, all purchases are processed through Paypal.

» » What websites are not allowed to advertise? Websites containing malicious script or code, excessive pop-ups, or viruses are prohibited. In summary, and without being exhaustive, no sites promoting

No site (url) that is approved shall materially be changed after approval such that the content of the site after the original approval is thereafter in violation of the above. We reserve the right to reject advertisements at our sole discretion.

» » What are the differences between all of the ad types?

We offer five different types of exposure for the PTC Ads. They are Micro, Standard, Macro, Extended and Fixed. Each has a different exposure time that varies from 5 to 60 seconds and with different options available. They also require a different amount of Ad Credits per click.

Members will be more tempted to click on ads with longer exposure like the Macro or Extended and because of the longer exposure higher conversion rates are to be expected.

If you're just looking to increase your website's traffic, Micro is the best choice at very low cost, however this type has limited targeting options and statistics available.

Fixed ads are a set fee based on time instead of clicks. For example 1 day Fixed ad will display continuously for 24 hours no matter how many clicks it gets for $7

The timer starts counting only after the website is fully loaded or 10 seconds after opening the website (timeout), whichever comes first.

» » After clicking several adverts why am I not being credited?

After you click the View Ads link, where the timer is we show you a picture. You must click the upside down image. If you fail to do this, you will not get credit. If you are correctly clicking the verification image please give our system a few minutes to credit the money to your account. Due to the high volume of users sometimes there is a slight delay.

» » I cannot view ads or ads are not loading properly?

This happens when the ad does not load in the frame below the timer. This issue could be related to your anti virus or an addon that you are running in your browser. This issue does not seem to effect Internet Explorer users so we suggest you login with Internet Explorer and if you are able to view ads then you know this is something related to your browser blocking a necessary file.

Some addons will block some needed files that are necessary for Legacyclix to operate correctly. If you are running an ad blocking addon such as no script or ad block plus or anything similar this would definitely cause issues with our system. To check for running addons please do the following:

For Google Chrome:

1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar. (Far right corner of your browser)

2. Select Tools.

3. Select Extensions.

For Firefox:

Hit CTRL+SHIFT+A on your keyboard to bring up the Addon manager.

Look for any addon that may be interfering with our site. The Addon No Script or Ad Block Plus allows you to enter whitelist URLs and continue to use the addon. Please enter the following domains to ad block plus or no script:

For Internet Explorer Users

On your keyboard hit ALT+T and then hit A.

If you are not running any addons then the problem is most likely your anti virus program.

If you are running Avira Anti Virus, this may be the issue. A recent update to Avira is blocking javascript on our system. If you temporarily disable avira and it works then you know that's that issue.

A permanent solution is to disable "Webguard" in Avira then you can view ads without issue. To disable webguard do the following:

1. Double-click the Avira umbrella icon on the desktop, to start AntiVir.

2. Click on the + sign next to Online Protection

3. Click on Deactivate for AntiVir WebGuard

If you are running Avast.

Please do the following:

Bring up the Avast Splash Screen....then >>

Click on Settings...then click on Exclusions tab, put the following URLs in there, Avast will no longer block it.

Another solution would be to uninstall your current anti virus (as long as you didn't buy it) and install Microsoft Security Essentials, it's a free anti virus program from Microsoft that integrates itself very well into the operating system and works in the background not showing any annoying popups.

» » The ad timer stops, why?

Legacyclix requires that the ad window be in focus when you view the ad. You cannot open the ad then change tabs or minimize the window. You must keep that window open and in view until the timer counts down to zero.

Also if you attempt to resize the ads window you will get an error. We require your window be a minimum of 640x480 in size.

» » What is a framebreaker ad?

A framebreaker is an ad that tries to remove the small frame that we place on the top of the page. We do allow some framebreaking ads and they are specially marked to warn you that this ad may break our frame. When you run across this message, be sure to follow the instructions that tell you to click cancel or stay on this page to continue.

There is no need to report a framebreaking ad as we are well aware of them.

» » I don't understand my account balance, what are the 2 extra digits?

All money that is earned in Legacyclix is in US Dollars. Each ad will have a value up to 2 cents. 100 cents makes $1.00 (One dollar). Because some of the ads have a value of less than 1 cent, we display this as 10th cents. For example, if you see a balance like this:

$0.0210

This is actually 2.1 cents or 2 cents and 1 tenth. It takes 10 tenth cents to make 1 cent. We realize this may be confusing but the easiest way to determine how much money you have is to look where your decimal point is located.

For example;

$5.5420

This represents five dollars, fifty four cents and 2 tenths.

Here are some other example;

$0.1730 Seventeen cents and 3 tenths

$1.4000 One dollar forty cents

$0.0390 Three cents and nine tenths

$6.0020 Six dollars and 2 tenths

» » Can a Paypal account be listed on more than one account?

No, we only allow one Paypal account to be listed on one Legacyclix account. We do this for security measures in case someone gets unauthorized access to your account.

» » Why is my account suspended?

There could be several different reasons why your account is limited. It could be a recent transaction from Paypal or Payza that has been placed under review or it's possible that you may have violated our terms.

Also it could be that you are sharing a PC with your sponsor or downline and that is not permitted.

Please submit a support ticket and ask what has happened to your account.

» » Can I access my account with a proxy?

No, It is a violation of the Legacyclix User Agreement to access your account with a Proxy, Vpn or any anonymizing service. You can be banned and you will also not be able to view any tasks, offers or surveys if we detect a proxy.

Please be sure to disable or completely remove the proxy before you attempt to login to your account.

» » Is there a minimum age to join Legacyclix?

You must be 16 years of age or older to participate in Legacyclix. Legacyclix is open to US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

» » What are ad credits, can I get more ads with them?

Ad credits are ad packs that you purchase to advertise your website, product or service to our members. They are NOT used for you to see more ads and you do not make money off purchasing ad credits.

» » What are ad credits used for?

Ad credits are purchased and are used to determine how many clicks your advertisement should get. An ad pack for 500 ad credits (for example) will not give you more ads to view, this will allow you to assign 500 ad credits to your PTC ad that you have already added to your account.

Ad credit packs are NOT used for you to view more PTC ads or will not make you money. This is used only in advertising your ad.

» » I referred someone but I do not see them in my downline, why?

Legacyclix will only show a referral in your downline that has activated their account. This means that someone you referred may have signed up under you but not be shown in your downline until they complete their profile.

If you have your account setup to send new referral notifications you will get a notice that your referral has signed up but until they activate their account they will not be shown under you. To check your account settings login and go to the Profile and Settings link.

Another issue could be that this person clicked another members referral link after clicking yours. This would set a new cookie and they would then become the referral of the last affiliate URL they clicked.

» » Can I change my sponsor?

NO we do not allow sponsor changes, the only way we will do this is if your current sponsor is suspended or their account is closed/inactive.

It's up to the management of Legacyclix to determine whether or not a sponsor change will be permitted.

Please do not write in asking to change your sponsor if you know they are active, because you will not get a reply.

» » Am I required to click ads to earn on my downline?

Yes we require you to click only 4 ads to earn on your referrals clicks the next day. For example, if you clicked 4 ads on Tuesday, you will earn on your referrals clicks Wednesday.

» » What is Autopay?

AutoPay is one way to extend your referrals automatically.
If you have AutoPay enabled, on the first click a referral makes per day, you'll pay to keep that referral for an extra day.
If the referral does not click, you won't pay him for another day.
In other words, you'll pay one day in advance to your referral's due date.

AutoPay is also cheaper for you because you save 15% of a whole month's rent.

The value for each referral/day will be deducted from your purchase balance.
If your purchasel balance has insufficient funds, it  won't be triggered and will only work again when  the purchase balance has enough funds.

Note: Please keep in mind that while you may have AutoPay activated, it's only triggered for referrals that have 20 or more days left until the next payment.

» » Why won't the ad load when I click it?

Our add page is a secure https page showing the ads which for the most part are insecure http pages, therefore your browsers mixed content filter is preventing the page from loading. What you need to do is be certain to click show all content if prompted , also in firefox beside the url in the address bar at the top of the page there may be a shield, click that and select to unblock or allow the content of the page.for google chrome click the shield in the address bar and then select or click load anyway.

» » How do I transfer funds from my 'Main Balance' to my 'Purchase Balance'?

You can add funds from your main balance to purchase balance by clicking the 'Add Funds' link beside the purchase balance on the 'My Account' page then in the drop down beside 'Method' select 'Account Balance' and enter the amount to transfer, the minimum transfer for this is $0.10.

» Do You Have Refunds?

   We don't offer refunds.  To help you understand why, if you use a product than you have used it.  We can't predict the results that you are going to get because we don't know what your advertising or how it looks.

» How Does Paid to Signup Work?

   Legacyclix acts as a medium between the person signing up and the one making the offer.  People that fail to complete paid to signup offers too often will be unable to do them anymore.  Advertisers that falsely reject members will be disciplined by us up to the penalty of suspension of account.

   Important to advertiser: It is up to the advertiser to reject someone that did not complete a signup offer within three days.  If you do not reject someone that didn't complete an offer within three days it will be auto approved.  If this happens we cannot refund money.
