When will I get paid?
You get paid once you reach the minimum cash out amount (see the terms in regards to the minimum payment amount depending on your membership). We make payments within 7 days after payment request.
What payment options are available?
Currently we offer payments via Payza and EgoPay account. We do not have any plans to extend list of a payment processors but if we will get many request we might consider that.
What referrals are?
Referrals are people which are signing up to PTCSolution.com using your referral link. You can find many referrals tools after logging in to your account under Banners link. If your referrals are active members (so as you have to be) you will get commission for their clicks, please look at the table below:

• You can recycle your referral if you are not happy with his performance. Please take a look on the membership differences table for the details.
• You will get referral that have clicked at least 20 ads in the past 5 days.
• Amount of referrals to rent varies depending on how many members with no upline we have at the moment.

What is Autopay?
Autopay is a way to extend your referrals automatically. If you enable Autopay, on the first click a referral makes per day - you will get debited and you will keep this referral for an extra day. If the referral does not click - you pay nothing for another day.
Autopay also make the whole renting idea cheaper as you save 15% of a whole month's rent. While using Autopay money for referral extending will be taken from rental balance or your main balance.

Can other people from my household join to PTCSolution.com?
Sure, every one can join PTCSolution.com. You just need to remember - there is only one user per IP allowed. Also you can only use one computer to access one account. So basically you cannot use shared networks like school, work, PROXY or VPN as they might have the same IP number which may cause problems with your account.
My account is suspended - why?
Oh well, we do not suspend honest members accounts... So if your account is suspended you probably broke some terms. Also our anti-cheating system might catch you while trying to cheat us.
